Lost my phone number after 10 years due to neglicence.

After having issues with 1 one of my MTN contract numbers, i decided to visit a MTN Store in Greenstone Mall Gauteng. I explained the consultant my situation and was advised that the best thing to do is change the number as a lot if people experience a similar issue to me.

The number was changed, but unfortunately, the wrong number was changed; the number in question was not changed. Immediately, I spoke to them about this, but now I am pushed back and forth with empty promises.

I am currently unemployed and i have app**** for work using my original number that i have had for more than 10 years.

ALL I WANT IS MY ORIGINAL NUMBER BACK, WHICH IS ***.

I need this as a matter of emergency as i have been applying for work and am waiting for a response. Now if any company tries to contact me for work, i am at a disadvantage point.
