Lost gadget
I lost my phone last weekend but the pinnacle insurance is refusing to replace my handset due to the fact they said I was careless whereby I left my phone on the charger so now people when you loose your gadgets you must just say you where ****** because if you tell the truth they refuse to replace your gadget but when deducting funds your account everything is well .
