Lost data worth R399 5GB for 30 days in 7 days

MTN, my brother bought 5GB worth R399 of data on the 26th of July. On the 1st of August the data was depleted. the data usually lasts at least 3-4 weeks hence he buys a month’s worth of data.

when calling 135 the gentleman insisted that the data must have been for 7 days and we have proof the purchased data is worth R399 for a month not 7 days.

The MTN store I went to in Randpark ridge tried to assist as they have been receiving a lot of clients who have lost data yesterday and apparently there is an issue with your systems. however in the end I was asked to log a complaint.

MTN do you want your users to find another service provider such as codacom or cell c ?
