Lost Contract phone that is insured

Name: Godfrey Tsukulu Contact details: *** I lost my phone in may and blacklisted it, and sent them all the documents they need, but haven't got help till now , they didn't register my second phone on their system which is not my problem and I am making payments every month, now they are telling me that I have to take my phone box and take it to where I bought the phone just imagine, even now I am still without a phone waiting for them to fix their errors but clearly they don't want instead they want me to fix their errors between MTN contract and MTN insurance, I have all the records of MTN and their reference number they sent me all the time since may until now.
