Lost cell phone clain query
Mtn SA insurance is a nonsense laying a claim with them.My vlaim no is ATS255809S. I have been assisted by Jabulile & Lindy but the are *********** becauase they keep on sending me an auto response without resolving my lost phone. Please Mtn attend to my query?

24 Mar 2026, 13:55I'm still waiting for a follow up response on the above quey to no avail. Can someone try to resolve claim. Mtn need to improve on customer service because the service is pathetic to say the least.
