Lost all faith

I've had it with MTN, I've been a client of MTN since the company first started in South Africa, but the last year I've had enough. We keep losing coverage near Port St Francis and if you phone the coverage centre there always is a problem with the tower. Can't they just fix the problem once and get it over with. If they don't get this sorted I will be forced to migrate to Vodacom (and I don't have much faith in them either)!
