Losing money from cancelled contract

I got a call from Summer mobile who is a sub-contractor to MTN. I was given the impression that the phone contract to be signed was a vodacom contract only to find that it was an MTN contract. I then signed the contract and terminated it within 10 days of receiving it. I took the phones back and I am not even using them but my account is still being debited.

I have been trying to call Summer mobile and have been transferred from post to pillar in trying to cancel the debits from my account and officially close the contract after which I decided to block the debits from my account as well as reverse them. Summer mobile decided to reverse all these debits again and I have lost almost R1200 from a contract that I am not using. I need my money back since I cancelled the contract and am not in possession of the phones. The phones are in the Carlton Center branch where Summer mobile advised me to leave them.

Having said that, I caveat everyone to be very careful when dealing with MTN, especially one of their subcontractors whose name is SUMMER MOBILE. Please be very careful should you receive a call from anyone from SUMMER MOBILE (MTN). Please help!!! SOS!! I need my money back!!
