Losing data even though not using it

<p>I am currently losing data on my phone although I use wifi data during the day or at night. I normally use data for the internet and whatsapp. For the last months i have been buying data excessively as it just vanishes although sometimes i connect to a wifi device but my data is depleted. Last night even though most of the day I was connected to wifi devices i lost close to 100MB of data. I called MTN and they said theres nothing they can do.</p>

We do not pick up any data lost.
