LOSing ACCUMULATED AIRTIME
I'm downgrading my contract and my wife is renewing her's. Between us we have accumulated +-R3,000 in airtime which we've been told we'll lose. Call centre has confirmed this.

Surely this can't be correct, we've paid for the time? Is the only answer to \penalise"MTN by moving to another provider?"""

18 Dec 2015, 09:01Hello markdel,
Thank you for taking my call earlier.
As per our discussion, you airtime should carry over and be available in your non-expiry airtime wallet.
However there has been instances that the airtime goes into your expiry wallet and falls away after the expiry period of 30 days. We will then check the total amount lost and this will be allocated to your MTN account as a monetary credit.
