Lose you airtime if you upgrade your packacke

I think MTN sucks, they are *******.<br> I went into the Bayside outlet (not that they are responsible) to enquire about an upgrade to my current package, (which is available)only to be told that whilst I an option to upgrade is available, if I chose to upgrade, I would automatically lose the airtime balance of R2000.00 I had built up over the past 2 years. They were quick to add that I would still see the amount, but would not be able to use the money??? ***?? This is *******, what a bunch of *******, where's ICASA in this, surely they can''<br> t be allowed to do this??<br> <br> This is like having a savings account and upgrading to a cheque account, and being told that you will no longer be able to access the funds you have saved, because you want a cheque account.
