Loosing R3 a day
For the past 5 days now I am battling to stop MTN from *****ing R3 a day from my Airtime. I have called their call centre (they put me on hold and drop the call) I have tried speaking to their Twitter account, they tell me to dial *141*5# to unsubscribe from subscriptions. If I do that it says I have no subscriptions. They then tell me to sms STOP to 47941 / 47942 - I did that and got a response that I am not subscribed to anything. Twitter then stops responding. I have tried going in store and was told that they will log a query for me as they cannot help me on their side someone else from the call centre must help. I have tried posting on MTN facebook – they asked if I was prepaid and then went silent I have the latest response from MTN from their email group. Yesterday I was told that I need to contact my service provider (which they don’t seem to be aware that they are my service provider) and today they said I must check my mesasges if I am not subscribed to anything. How is that proffessional? How can the consultant sitting at the desk not see why R3 a day is being taken from my MTN PREPAID telephone number. How can this person have the nerve to say check your messages? How can I be battling across Twitter / facebook / email / call centre and physically going into a store to stop MTN from *****ing my money? I am tired. MTN is properly saying a big F**K you to me and all of its customers now. Tomorrow morning I will have another R3 airtime deducted for no reason and MTN will be sitting enjoying their weekend What more do you want from me? 5 days of hell MTN has put me through to try and get someone to firstly tell me why they are taking my airtime and secondly to cancel it.
