Loosing Confidence in MTN

I entered in to a contract with MTN Online of which everything was concluded on the 7th May 2022 and I got a debicheck to approve for MTN meaning all is well but even Today on the 17th of May 2022 I not received My Parcel or even a call notifying me as to when will I be receiving my Parcel and it is close to month-end which they are expecting payment from me but they are unable to hold their end of the transaction.
