Loose Ends

I have been trying desperately to get in touch with Mtn HVRC in their number *** for almost a month now and also having sent countless emails. I only received a reply on Monday the 15 of June 2015 stipulating that the phone has been returned to 14th Avenue, which is contrary to my previous conversations with Priscilla asking her to make sure that the Status of the Quote is set as accepted. <br> <br> I have an email from Priscilla confirming that she has notified the repair centre on that now I don't understand why has that phone been returned because I was expecting them to tell me when I can come fetch the new phone. I have all this conversation in the email if any proof is required. <br> <br> Kindly attend to this matter as I would like to close this issue as soon as possible, I have indicated to Priscilla that I am willing to pay the amount as per the quote so that I can get a new phone.
