Looking for paid up letter on fully paid account
I settled my account in December the 11th 2016 after been on arrears for a long time and when I got t transunion report I found out that my profile hasnt been updated. I took the courtesy of sending the proof of payment so they send me my paid up letter as per email sent so i can send it myself. From the 22nd I have been calling and emailing no one bothers to do what they are paid for including team leaders and managers in legal as emails where sent to them to send me or assign someone to but I am still waiting.<br> <br> What a bunch of amatures. How hard is it to send a paid up letter.
