Looking for another reliable Internet service provider
MTN’s internet service is consistently unreliable, and outages seem to occur far too frequently. If you’re considering MTN for uncapped internet, I strongly advise you to explore other providers. Reliable internet is essential, and MTN’s service simply doesn’t meet the standard. Save yourself the frustration and choose a provider that values its customers and ensures dependable service.

24 Dec 2024, 17:41My internet has been down for weeks now without any solution. I reported the issue again today and was informed that there was a "Fixed LTE Device Location Violation Bar." This claim is absolutely false, as my router has never left my home since installation. I have informed them of this, but they still haven't restored my services.
Instead of providing effective support and resolving the issue, the customer service team seems more interested in deflecting responsibility. I rely on stable internet for work and daily activities, and this disruption, paired with the unhelpful response, has caused significant inconvenience.
I expect better accountability and solutions from MTN. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend MTN to anyone seeking reliable internet.
