LONGEST EVER TO GET SIM CARD ACTIVATED ON THE NETWORK IS RIDDICULUS

Please can someone help us, and stop pushing us from pillar to post.

Last week Wednesday 16th May, my Wife whom owns the account took delivery of our 2 phones. Great we thought, insert her sim card into her new phone and vwolha 24hours later she is up and running.

My number however not so lucky with, been waiting for it to be ACTIVATED now since then. Keep hearing 2 - 24 hours please wait, well i am sick of waiting. Saturday 19th May - we went into the Alberton City MTN, well dont even get me started on the service there, absolute ******* and no regard for the customer, we were even accused of damaging the sim card by the stand in manageress whom is a joke. She kept insisting that we purchase a new sim card, and was rude. Sunday 20th May - we go to the Mall of the South MTN, the guy that helps us tells that we should have been given a new free sim card as it was within 7 days of delivery. Supposeldy sorts out the problem. Yesterday 22nd May - I went back to the MTN in mall of the south in the hopes that i finally gonna get my sim card up and running, only to be told its still not ACTIVATED. today my wife calls the call centre once again, ref: 1- ********** 881 she is told we again must wait, but hey i been waiting so long already, so i waited, only to see the same old message appear on the phone "Emergency Calls Only" My wife calls back, and now gets told we need to go to a store and from a store call the call center, i mean what the........

Can some one please get my no up and running like yesterday, A WHOLE WEEK OF HAVING A NEW PHONE, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT IS FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST.

GET THIS SORTED OR WE CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
