Long waiting period

MTN Norwood by far has the most bad service I've encountered. WENT THERE FOR A MERE SWIM SWAP but waited for over an hour without help Staff not professional or competent. Busy on their phones while we've been waiting outside on the queue. People even turn back without help seeing the line from outside HALLARIOUS
