Long wait to router contract

I went to apply for a router contract at Mtn Highveld Mall and was told to wait until I receive a confirmation sms before I can be given the router. The next day I went back to check as to why I still hadn't received the confirmation sms and only then I discovered that my application was not filled correctly therefore it was deemed incomplete. Few days later and I still haven't received the confirmation sms, tried contacting their complaint number and was asked a few questions but I still don't have the router. Mtn services are extremely slow for no reason. I am not happy at all. You'd swear we will not be paying
