Long wait for phone repair
I took my Nokia contract phone back to MTN shop because it was having trouble with the charging port on the 26/05/2019. They said it was going to take 21 day to be fixed and I am still waiting for my phone to return. I went back to the store after 30 days and they said there is a long queue and do not know how long it might take for my phone to return.

15 Jul 2019, 15:20I called the HVRC repair centre and I was told I will have my phone by the end of the week which was last week. I am starting a new week today and still do not know when I will have the phone back.

27 Aug 2019, 13:40I called the HVRC repair centre again today and I was told the phone was shipped and received by MTN shop in Jabulani and they have not called me to collect my phone. The last time I went there I was told I don't have to come at the shop they will call me once they have the phone back. I am wondering if it is my responsibility now to run around asking if my phone has return or they just going to sit with it and call me to collect once they feel like it?

I called the HVRC repair centre again today and I was told the phone was shipped and received by MTN shop in Jabulani and they have not called me to collect my phone. The last time I went there I was told I don't have to come at the shop they will call me once they have the phone back. I am wondering if it is my responsibility now to run around asking if my phone has return or they just going to sit with it and call me to collect once they feel like it?
