Long wait for phone
I app**** for an additional phone on my contract on Sunday at Cavendish. I know there were public holidays but it is now 5 days later and I haven't heard anything. I was promised phone calls but no one has contacted me. I am trying to call for an update so I don't drive all that way for nothing, but the phone just rings and then gets put down.
