LONG TIME SUPPORTER - NOT AMUSED!!!!!

I put a claim in for my ****** cellphones in March 2024, I still have not received any correspondence or outcome of my claim. I have emailed, I have called and all they keep saying is that its being reviewed. On email they keep asking me the same questions and for the same documentation that I sent. I have also escalated the matter and still no feedback. At this point in time im so fed up with MTN service that I am willing to move to another service provider. Because at MTN I seem to just be a number and not a customer.
