Long lost Account/Contract

Good Day

I have being hijacked 083 number of MTN, it's been two years ago, and the number was contract number, that they said if I discontinue the contract, I forfeit the number.

It happened that I go through financial difficulties after Covid-19, and wrote them the email entails that, and request for payment arrangement,as I used to do before then Covid-19.

Now it happened that my number being used by another person without my consent or notification for that matter. At this time my account is being referred to 3rd party, that I do not have their contacts.

Please assist me with the whereabout of that account, I'm afraid I might end up being liable for continuation of the contract that is being used by someone else.
