Locked out of Life By MTN

2019 my contract with MTN was suddenly cut off while I had made a payment arrangement with them to pay my arrears account which had always been happening for years with out incident It's now 2021 I still can't get to the bottom of this I have emailed 962 emails no reply I have called of 600 times no joy I have been to branch after branch no luck Problem is I am willing to pay my arrears account on a settlement agreement And I need mt number back as since 2019 I can't access my email adress associated with that number as the send a OTP to that number which is blocked I can't access overseas bank accounts which send OTP to my number which is blocked by MTN So I have no access to my money or my emails thanks to mtn I was told that my account was handed over to lawyers which I have never heard from at all cause they probably contacting me via email which mtn has blocked Basically MTN has made me an unemployed person as I pleaded with them toallow my sms to be delivered they ignore me I need my life back and I need that number backto receive otp to access my bank account and emails The call center and other departments will not put me through to MTN legal at all
