LOCKDOWN CHA-CHA WITH MTN
Try to state a problem you are experiencing to MTN in this lockdown period and you are sure to run into walls. The website refers you to the 135 number where you listen to messages and are offered options to select from that do not point you to anything by way of resolving a "0" account issue on your bill while you get charged quite a different (and excessive) amount on your bank account. I logged a complaint on their website, then received an e-mail that presumes to originate from MTN, but asking for PIN and personal information - really? Like any good ******* will do, isn't it? I have been with MTN for years, but this contract will run its course for the last time. When it's run out, I'm with a different service provider.
