Loan phone
3 weeks ago I logged a claim with MTN insurance for my damaged handset.<br> No one calls nothing, 3 weeks later when I query my claim I'm told they can only take my handset however they will not provide me with a loan phone.<br> I don't pay half the premium to get half the service and that Simone lady has a bad attitude telling me \I don't have loan phones therefore there is nothing I can do"! No suggestion or alternative what so ever.<br> Thanks for nothing MTN"
