Loading Airtime

MTN is the worst service provider in the country. They don't cancel contracts and keep sending you bills. Their customer care email addresses do not work so you can not send them emails. They keep numbers on a contract that has migrated to pay-as-you-go so that you cannot load airtime and when you call them, you wait 1 hour before someone actually helps you. And even then, you are transferred from one department to the other.
