Loading airtime
I have been trying to no avail to get through to MTN call centre. I buy airtime for my 11yr old daughter almost daily. Whenever we load the airtime in less than a day it has disappeared. So I need to confirm with MTN whether there are any subscriptions and if so how to cancel. But it won't help if I can't even get through to the call centre and my calls get cut.

As per our system, there are no content charges on the number ***, please ask your daughter to switch off mobile data if Internet not used and dial *141*5# and choose option 5.
