Load shedding and MTN is down. No Service

How can we be expected to continue when MTN goes down in Dullstroom each time we have load shedding. A useless company in the sense of not caring. We cannot use our phones or their wi Fi router to continue working and surely they would have back up power in place. What about an emergency situation. WAKE UP MTN
