Load Airtime Receive nothing ..

I used my Absa cellphone banking to load airtime , received a sms to confirm the transaction of R50 airtime purchased , received the sms to say -R50 for airtime .<br> I waited and waited no airtime ? The money is out of the bank , but still dont have the airtime , Time to tell everyone , leave MTN go to another . <br> I phoned and it was said that I must wait 24 hours to see if it comes thru , if it doesnt I must send them a bank statement to confirm there was airtime purchased for my nr before they can help me , and its not the first time this has happened . I need the airtime thats why I purchased it in the first place , now I must wait .. <br> <br> What now ? Terrible sevice I must say , they are quick to take the money but not giving the airtime !
