Livid with MTN and Mondo Telecommunications

After using the MTN service provider Mondo Telecommunications to do an upgrade for my data contract, they went and upgraded my Cell phone contract instead.

After having to return the device through a MTN Direct Store on Wednesday the 19th May 2021, I am still sitting without the use of my cell contract which was incorrectly upgraded to a MTN LTE Fixed Line Contract.

The unit was in the MTN warehouse by Friday night the 21st May 2021, and it has now taken over a week to get my cell phone contact reverted to what it is supposed to be, a friggen CELL PHONE CONTRACT.

When one phones Mondo they say its with MTN and when one phones MTN for assistance they say its on Mondo's side.

I used to be an ambassador for MTN but now I can't wait to discourage people from using MTN and Mondo Telecommunications.
