Livid beyond
I am beyond upset and livid. I got a MTN contract last week Friday 29/10/3021 and all this time I have been struggling to get my 2 sim cards showing on the phone. Eventually when I called MTN at Meyerton outlet where I got the phone . I asked that my phone is not reflecting the 2sims can they please,a lady said our phones don't have dual sims..like what to my surprise,I then said but Jonathan who was consultant never told me this,she then responded with an attitude 'you didn't ask'....I nearly fell off my chair. I don't want this phone I want a phone with a dual sim and to my knowledge this Huawei Nova 8i should have, as I got the same phone from Telkom with a dual sim. MTN SA I need your intervention.

09 Dec 2021, 15:20No assistance received, manager from MTN Three Rivers called me to find out what happened and said she will get back to me.. More than a month ago, I am still waiting. First time MTN contractor I am so disappointed
