Livid

I am extremely frustrated as someone used my identity to commit *****, but surprisingly he/she had excess to my most sensitive information that they could have only obtained at the store. Mostly frustrated that MTN did not bother to authenticate how this person used false identity and somehow got a hold of my account details. Can Hello Peter please intervene
