Livid and Angry

Mtn is utterly dissapointing wow, i ordered a phone from them telephonically on the 26 march 2021, the person i spoke to said that phone would be delivered within 2-7 days, till this day i havent recieved anything, i keep on calling them and they telling me the application was approved and not finalised by a consultant named tebogo and that she would give me a callback too find out whats going on, i am an existing client of MTN but this is how they treat people, atleast respond to me or something,, what the HEll is happening.
