listing on ITC since 2008

I have a listing with a nil balance since 2008 there around. mtn open balance nil since 2007. I have a reference from them REQ:*** Veronica stated last year Mtn Time and Date 14:42:50 | Mon 12 May 14 that they had updated my profile. and they have not. This is this not sorted out. If older than 3 years its prescribed I appreciate your co operation in the above mentioned matter
