Listed on the credit bureau

I was listed on the credit bureau by MTN for an outstanding amount of R1500 I was then told that I need to pay the outstanding amount in full in order for my listing to be removed and I was told I needed to wait 7 days however now I am being told that I need to pay 6 months premiums over a period of 6 months first then only can my listing be removed from the credit bureau. This absalutely hogwash the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing or saying as long as I'm listed on the credit bureau I cannot apply for any form of credit. MTN is very quick to list somebody (who wasnt owing a very large amount) but drag there feet to remove there listing. Transunion has stated that in order to be removed from the credit bureau the customer must pay the outstanding amount and the service provider Ie. Mtn must submit proof of that payment at which time your listing is removed immediately.

What the hell is going on MTN?!!

Further to my above complaint new regulations dictate that MTN has 7 days to inform the credit bureau that iv settled and paid in full the outstanding amount , The credit bureau then has a further 7 days to remove my listing. My MTN stating that I must pay 6 months premiums before they will remove me means they are in direct contravention of this regulation, Catch a wake up MTN remove me from the credit bureau ASAP
