Linked accounts
I have two contracts with MTN one is for Data and the other one i use it to receive and make calls *** , I was in arreas and i want to start paying them from end of this month so i paid for one line *** to be active which it was activated as im currently looking for employment i was told that my accounts were linked and will have to pay the whole amount. I want MTN to separate these accounts and i will make payments on both of them separately i need this number to be active as i already paid R1170. i dont want these accounts to be linked at all

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience caused.
Unforturenately according to our credit team you'll have to settle your accout first before your lines can be separated . But you can also call 808 to make payment arragements with your credit controller .
