Line suspended even after payment

my line was suspended due to arrears i have since settle the arrears in full but now my line is still suspended despite sending/e mailing the proof of payment. The only response i got is that i must send valid proof of payment even though i have send the same proof of payment from the bank that has always been accepted in the past! I tried to call them but you cant get through.
