line keeps on getting suspended

<p>Iam no sick and tired of mtn s bull****. my line is now totaly off and at their legal department because of their ignoranse and lazyness and passing the buck. i can not even get hold of them on the 808 number because my line is off . i can not get a outstanding balance because of my account being at their legal depertment even if i go to a mtn store. what te **** must i do. Seems to me this is a way for mtn to make money off people.Poor service, poor comunication. I have lodged a formal complaint at the ombudsman. hopefully they can get something right because i cant. it is like talking to a brick wall. Its because of mtn s accounts department that my line is a total **** up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ihave even tried numerous times to get my stuff to go off by debit order and failed.</p>
