Line keeps getting cut
Once again MTN does not fail to deliver. Woke up this morning to find that I have no signal. After restarting and switching the phone on and off still no signal. When trying to call the 808 number it says I am not registered on the network. Trying a landline as well is of no use as I had to listen to the irratating hold music and \BS"info about MTN's wonderful services only for the line to get cut. How can I get this issue sorted if I cannot get through to someone!!!! And once again"

According to our records, your outgoing calls have been barred due the credit limit being exceeded. In order to have the barring removed you can make a manual payment or wait for the debit to be deducted at the end of the month.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
