Line got cut

Yesterday i upgraded my contract with MTN, and my line has now been cut off and no one answers their call centre calls!! What a way to reward a client for signing on for another 24 months! Worst experience! How am i meant to even call anybody! Wish i was with another network!!!!! Get this sorted! You are breaching contract
