Line Disconnected Without Warning and Incorrect Billing

My MTN line was disconnected without warning. I was given different stories by agents, and the amount they claim I owe does not match my invoices. Even after making a payment arrangement, my line is still disconnected, leaving me inconvenienced and unable to request a ride to work. MTN must urgently explain the extra charges and reconnect my line.

Makes me wonder why i'm still with them. Nxa!
