LIMITS RESET AND MONEY TAKEN!
I have two accounts with MTN and have limits set on both my contracts. Every month I get a debit order for both the accounts at R849. This month however I have been debited R1533.10 and was told that one of my contracts did not have a limit on it and have been racking up a hefty bill for data usage ?? I can not understand how this is possible as every month I am debited the same amount..

When I call 808 or go into a shop I am told that I have never had a limit set and they are refusing to look into my case.
In my eyes this is a case of theft and would NEVER recommend MTN to anyone!
