LIKE A DISEASE THAT CAN'T BE CURED

<p>I gave MTN notice in June 2016 already to cancel 2 contracts. I was off course given the early cancellation choice which i told them to shuv. Since then, try and speak to either somebody in their pathetic call centre or even in-store. Everybody's had standard training to say " sorry can't help" and if you get upsert or raise your voice, the consultant just repeats this standard wording!!!!!!!!!! I was sent a mail by retentions 3x times now CONFIRMING the contracts will come to an end 30/10/2016. All of a sudden i keep on getting mails on each number EVERY SINGLE DAY ADVISING IT'S GOING OVER TO PAY AS YOUR GO!!!!!! I forwarded these to retentions to ask why i'm getting these notifications. I will write my mail in all 12 languages, because then MAYBE they might listen, attend to it or something. I had to resort to font72, red, bold and underlined mails to tell them what idiots they are and what are they planning on doing about this. Guess what, yesterday i get a mail, on the same mail trail i've kept going, they want my account numbers!!!! WHAT!!!!! MTN is like a disease that you pick up, no medicines to cure this. Like my husband always says. It's like Aids, in a moment of weakness, you are stuck with it for life!!!!! That's MTN for you. Hope my Hello Peter posting will at least get noticed, not holidng my breathe either!!!! i am sooooooooooo sick of this service in this country!!!!!!</p>
