Life ruined, no accountability

Mondo deals are there to ruin lives. On you website you wrote that "You simply apply for a deal online and we’ll get one of our expertly trained people to call you back at your convenience." I got a call from one of your experts and she sold me a deal that didn't exist. I have complained about this I suppose you guys dont have expects to deal with false sales and customer complaints as no one has been able to sort your mess from your expect till this day. Instead I keep getting messages from MTN reminding me that I need to make a payment. I hate the lady that called me for this deal. Whatever happened to supervisors monitoring that your sales consultants are providing accurate information when selling to customers. Whatever happened to attending to customer complaints and honestly dealing with the inconvenience caused by you. It is clear that you company has no values, you just ********** in business. I would like to know how are big businesses like MTN allowing your business to drag their name down like this. My advice if you get a call from Mondo selling you a cellphone, laptop hang up block the number.
