Life and death. Roaming doesn't work in Mozambique

Hi<br> My husband always has roaming on on his phone. He drove into Mozambique yesterday and now it is not working. They are miles from civilization. he eventually borrowed someone's cellphone today to contact me. I phoned your call centre twice and held both times for more than 20 minutes but each time your line just eventually cuts me off. my father in law is with my husband and he has colon CANCER. Please turn my husband's roaming back on as they need a phone at all times.
