Lies (MTN prominade mall)

I cant belive after 10 years i will be back here again complain about same MTN prominade mall,what a bad service.i went to MTN and took a month to month home internet a year ago they told me to pay upfront payment of R1260 and then told me i will get back the money when im no long using they service i will have to return the router then i will get my money,so last week i cancelled their service then return the router so now the guy who was helping me told im not going to get the money the person who was assisting the time i was signing a contract **** to me.i couldnt belive them i kind of service is that liying to the client i was so ****ed off i left the shop so angry i would never recommend MTN liberty mall to any o e.im done with them
