Pathetic service provider ? Dear Valued Customer; your application for an MTN contract has been approved.Our Courier Company will make contact with you and arrange for delivery.......NOW THAT WAS ON THE 6TH OF MARCH. TILL TODAY DOLOLO CONTACT . Talk about poor after sale service. Pathetic .

asakhe: Don't know what game is being played. Just called Dsv deliveries. They say they do not have anything for me to be delivered. SO WHAT NOOOOW

I think my complaint is clear. It's about a non existing delivery rather than billing. And I am still waiting for this call. Just wondering if this contract will ever materialize.
