On 09/01/2023 I got a call from a MTN representative who sold me an add on on my number ***.

He told me this was just an add on and would not impact on my upgrade date. He ****. I was supposed to be able to upgrade 18 May 2023 now I can only upgrade 17/09/2024

I want this rectified. I want a copy of the recording where I repeatedly asked him whether it would impact my upgrade date and he said NO it would NOT. I want to know what action was taken against him.

I will expect a call from MTN soon with how we will resolve this.
