Lies Lies Lies

<p>12 days ago we requested a sim swap. We were promised new number and conectivity in 24-48h. 12 days later and we of course not conected. Everytime we walk into the MTN branch in Cavendish we get a smile, apology, being indiffrent - and plenty lies. This level of service is a clear message - MTN cant make there customer service work. Therefore i suggest - a swap - to a new service provider. </p>
