LIES LIES LIES

After complaining about the fact that I have been paying for unnecessary services for over two years, I received an email from Berlinda Manyaka confirming that these services have been deactivated. BUT now the same amount as before has been debited from my account - still paying for those services!!! <br> It takes forever to get response from anyone via email and I can never get through to speak to someone at the call centre. <br> I have had nothing but problems since Nashua Mobile closed down and MTN service is lacking greatly!!! <br> May 2013 I upgraded my account and chose to pay a hardware subsidy for a Samsung S3, which, yes I am no longer paying for but I have been paying the following each month which has added up to a lot of money. <br> R23.09 ex VAT for MTN SMS 100 and R26.32 for SMS100 Monthly Service Fee plus the Blackberry Internet Service High making a total difference of R108 EVERY MONTH!!! Add that up over 27 months.... R2916!!!!! On unwanted charges. I am even being nice and not bothering to say I want that money back. <br> I do however want my current situation to be dealt with timeously, refunded for this month and ENSURED that it will not happen again.<br> NOT IMPRESSED!!
